I sent money to an email address the recipient no longer has access to.

I sent money to my grandson for his birthday, but it was an old account. He no longer has access. How do I get this money sent back to me?

PayPal is no longer safe to make payments. They no longer protect users. They do not even attempt to help resolve issues of fraud.
